• What Do You Charge?

We charge 30% inc VAT of your claim benefit. Examples of how this is calculated are available in our no obligation Claims Pack.

  • Is Your Service Really No Win No Fee?

We will never charge you a fee if your claim is unsuccessful or if we terminate your claim. You would only pay a cancellation fee if you asked us to cancel outside the 14 day cooling off period. After that, a cancellation charge of £180 (inc VAT) applies to client instigated cancellations. If you have received a Settlement Proposal the standard Success Fee applies.

  • Why Should I Use You?

Aside from our better value pricing, we offer a host of benefits. For example, if we need to demonstrate your hardship, we can obtain your bank statements if you don’t have them at no charge. We also have a unique claim portal (Allegiant Portal), where you can upload or view your claim evidence.

  • How Will You Update Me?

You will receive automated, relevant updates when we submit your claim to your lender, once they acknowledge. Throughout the 8 week lender consideration period, we will update you, even if it is to advise there is no news. Once a response is received, our Claims Team will give you a bespoke update. If the claim is contested and requires resolution via the Financial Ombudsman Service, our Claims Team will liaise with you and be on hand to answer any queries throughout the process.

  • What Evidence is Required?

Typically Bank Statements (we can obtain these free of charge) and a copy of your Credit Report together with any relevant paperwork relating to loans. If you don’t have this, we can obtain it.

  • How Long Does a Claim Take?

From experience, claims take anywhere between 8 to 12 weeks for your lender to investigate and respond. Many claims are successfully resolved at this stage. If the matter is referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service, it will presently take around 6 to 24 months for them to liaise with ourselves and the lender and make a recommendation. If either party disagrees, an Ombudsman will look at the case.  Beware of claims companies offering “fast pay outs” or not explaining the full process – all complainants and companies acting for consumers must follow the same procedure.

  • What Is The Process?

  • How Successful Are You?

We are selective in the cases we take on. We apply automatic and manual vetting. This means that of the cases we do take on, we have an industry-leading success rate. It also ensures that our name is associated with a general high success rate, meaning our complaints are taken seriously. Why not apply for a no obligation assessment of whether your claim meets out eligibility criteria.

  • What Is Your Biggest Win?

As a matter of courtesy to clients and lenders, we don’t generally boast about our wins. Likewise, “average” loan refund estimates mean little; your compensation will depend on how much you paid your lender in interests and charges. We have recovered as little as £20 and over £20,000 for clients. We are adept at handling all value of claims.

  • I Don't Trust Claims Management Companies. Can I Trust You?

We were set up in 2010, and have been engaged in High-Cost, Short-Term Loan Claims since 2013. Our Feefo reviews speak for themselves. We ask lenders to pay you directly (not us). You pay us once in receipt of your compensation or once arrear deduction is confirmed. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and our Firm Reference Number 836810. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. If you have a complaint about us, we are under the jurisdiction of the Financial Ombudsman Service.

  • How Can I Contact You?

We are contactable by phone or email. If you wish to speak to us, our office phone lines are open between 8:30 – 17:00 daily (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Can You Offer Debt Advice?

No. Our service is purely claims related. For free, impartial advice we recommend the Government funded Money Advice Service.

  • Should I Keep Up Repayments During My Claim?

We strongly advise keeping up with repayments during your claim. This is because no claim is guaranteed prospects of success. Failure to keep up repayments could lead to a negative credit record and/or the lender taking debt enforcement action.

  • Can I Claim Myself?

Absolutely. There is no need to use a Claims Management Company and lenders are under a duty to consider your claim in the same way. However, many people prefer the comfort of having a Claims Management Company and are happy to engage on a no win no fee basis. If you are looking for claims management, we would be delighted if you used us.

  • How Will Claiming Impact on My Credit Rating

If your claim is successful, often we are successful in getting missold loans erased from your credit rating (although this is not guaranteed). If your claim is unsuccessful, your credit rating will not be affected so long as you have kept up with payments in the ordinary way.
